Eligibility
We have a 7 calendar day Return & Refund Policy, beginning from the day of the order's arrival. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Lodging A Return

2. Our Returns and Warranty Team will review your claim within 3 business days and respond with further instructions. Please keep an eye on your inbox and/or junk inbox.
3. If your request for return is approved, we will provide the address of return and you can send your item to us for assessment.
4. When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email within 3-5 business days and a refund will be issued to the credit card/original payment method.
Shipping Returns
In the event of a return, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded as customers are responsible for paying shipping costs to return an item.
Damage during shipping or items lost in transit could lead to the negation of your return request, which is why we recommend paying for tracking or product insurance.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Afterwards, contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ciddofficial@gmail.com.
Warranty
Unfortunately, we do not offer a warranty for our products. Purchase is at the customer's discretion.
